Majors Home Improvement Recognized as Big50 Service Excellence Award Winner

GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, powered the award on behalf of Remodeling magazine to celebrate service excellence within the Big50 Program.

In granting awards, GuildQuality and Remodeling consider three primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend the company, the percentage of 3s and 4s across all questions, and the percentage of customers who responded. Majors Home Improvement achieved a recommendation rate of 94% from customers surveyed through GuildQuality. Over 40 companies applied and Majors Home Improvement was one of five companies selected for our commitment to customer service.
